1. Do you have a physical store or walk-in showroom?
From a walk-in showroom previously, we have now shifted fully online. At the moment, we do not operate a physical retail space. All purchases are made through our website, ensuring your order reaches you directly from our studio with care.

 

2. How accurate are the colours of the products shown online?
Please note: due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our designs and limited-edition collections, exact colours and patterns may vary slightly as each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted. Some designs also feature a subtle shimmery texture that may not be fully visible on screen.

We make every effort to capture product colours as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours may appear slightly different depending on the device or screen you are viewing. Every design is finished with a premium high-gloss coating.

 

3. Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes. All SARLAZ earrings are fitted with hypoallergenic hooks. Depending on the design, we use either 24K gold colour plated brass or platinum plated hooks, both chosen for comfort and everyday wear.

 

4. What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted from wood, clay, bamboo, and recycled paper — always with an eco-conscious approach. Each piece is hand-painted and finished by hand.

 

5. Where are SARLAZ earrings made?
Every design is created and hand-finished in Malaysia.

 

6. Do you take custom orders?
Our main focus is on our signature collections. However, depending on our design schedule and availability, we may consider custom orders. Do get in touch with us to explore possibilities.

8. How do I care for my earrings?
Keep earrings away from prolonged water exposure, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry place when not in use.
