Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorisation and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

 

The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

Local: Will arrive in 4-8 business days after processing and delivery

International: Will arrive in 8-17 business days after processing and shipping

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Shipping & Customs Information

Please note that customers are responsible for any Import Duty, Tax, and Customs Clearance Service Charges that may apply to international shipments. These charges are typically determined based on the value of the imported item and the customs regulations of the destination country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details on any applicable duties and taxes, as these fees are not included in the total order cost and must be paid separately upon delivery.
